We offer 24 hours money back guarantee to our those clients who placed an order without taking demo or testing of our service and are unhappy with our service. To get the refund, you have to give a valid reason as to why you are unhappy with our service, our qualified technicians will identify the root of the problem and provide you with a suitable solution. If, by any chance, there are some discrepancies regarding our product, we ensure a safe and reliable guarantee for the refund of your money, as bound by moral obligation. Transaction and setup fees will not be refunded.
The following pretexts mentioned below will NOT be accepted.
Ignorance about the proper usage of RDP
Other technical reasons at the client’s end that prevent him/her from using our product to its optimal efficiency.
Issues concerning third-party software. ( If a 3rd party software or Bot is corrupted or is tampered refund will not be given for that reason, you should contact their support to get it solved.)
Refund Policy does not apply to the Private RDP, Dedicated RDP, or Admin Access product category after provisioning/delivery of the server.
No refund is allowed on Residential RDP Plans Due to nature of it’s service.
I am not getting download/upload speed. (The download/upload speeds depends on many factors which are not in our hands).
I ordered by mistake
I changed my mood, I don’t want RDP
I don’t know how to use the VPS/RDP Serve (We will help, just contact us)
Hacking/Bruteforcing/Spamming/Cracking Tools are not allowed hence I want refund
I ordered the wrong plan mistakenly. (Contact us and we will change the plan without any extra cost)
I was out of station/Vacation and was not able to use your server.
No refund will be given if you violate our TOS.
Note: Refund policy is not applicable to the Private, Botting, Residential or Dedicated RDP Plans, so check the plan’s specs carefully before purchase.
We have a 24-hour refund policy, so if it doesn’t meet your requirements, we will initiate the refund. But you should have a valid reason, not these types of things—that streaming is lagging, it’s slow, etc.—all of which can be fixed, and if not, then upgrade your current plan. (For more details, contact us.) The refund is not entertained above all these above-mentioned cases.
